在任职于宾州针灸协会董事会成员期间，为推动中医药事业在宾州的立法和推广做出了贡献。

Mr. Jiao earned his MD degree in Beijing Medical University and MHA degree in Penn State University. He was the Most Outstanding Graduate of both Beijing Medical University and Beijing University Association.
He received AUPHA Foster McGaw Scholarship in Penn State University, the first international recipient in AUPHA history.He is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association and American College of Healthcare Executives.
