Lukas will provide a brief overview of the mortgage products, the process (including documentation requirements), closing costs, residency requirements (visa classifications, etc.), and challenges
George W. Kasimirsky II is a practicing gold-level ASHI certified inspector in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Although a Miami native, George has lived in Pittsburgh since 1970. He started National Property Inspections in 2001 and has since conducted over 6,000 inspections in residential, commercial, light industrial, and office buildings. Since 2002, George has been a Department of Environmental Protection certified radon tester in the state of Pennsylvania.
George’s presentation will aim to provide a better understanding of how to conduct a home inspection, what is important for the home buyer or seller, and how to correctly interpret the inspector’s findings.
George T. Boehm President Mr Boehm established American General Services Corporation in 1989. He is the third generation in the real estate closing field. He managed the Beaver County office of Midland of Pennsylvania, Chicago Title Insurance Company of the Pittsburgh operations in 1983, Later he was Vice President and Director of Marketing of National Sales for the Pittsburgh operation of Midland of Pennsylvania.
Rex A. Bennett, Counsel for American General Services Corporation. Mr. Bennett was Chief Counsel for First American Title and Stewart Title Guaranty in their Pittsburgh offices. He has lectured for the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Linda D. Levine was a licensed title agent for Stewart National Title Insurance Company and Lawyers Title Insurance Company. Mrs. Levine Joined American General Services Corporation in 2010. She also has experience in Mortgage industry and other title insurance law firm.
Their team will covers what is Title Insurance, why do you need Title Insurance, what is a “closing” and what to expect at a closings.
